The Saturn 100-series slimline counter top cooking equipment uses the same high quality designs as the 500-series units but is smaller and uses a medium-duty construction for less demanding kitchens.

Stock Pot Ranges

Features:

Heavy-duty standard features include stainless steel front, sides, cabinet, bottom and full-width drip tray, 3-ring burner with your choice of 2 or 3 adjustable gas valves, 2 continuous pilots, and chrome-plated 6” legs with adjustable feet. The roll front is easy to load and the cast iron top grate is easily removable for cleaning. Optional 18” height is available for use with 0” clearance, non-combustible surfaces.

Wok-top versions and jet-tip versions are also available.

  • Stainless steel front, 6” ledge, sides, back guard and shelf

  • 35,000 BTU anti-clogging, lift-off burner heads

  • 12”x12” lift-off grate design

  • Individual pilot for each burner

  • High BTU ovens with 5 porcelainized contact surfaces, removable oven door, chrome plated rack, support rack guides allowing 4 positions. 20” ovens have 30,000 BTU burner and accommodate full-size pans front to back. 30” ovens have 40,000 BTU burner. Thermostat ranges from 150ºF to 500ºF.

  • 6” chrome-plated legs with adjustable feet.

Several sizes and models including griddle and raised griddle/broiler tops available to fit any operation. Griddles are highly polished ¾” plate with 3” wide grease trough and 1 20,000 BTU burner for every 12” of griddle surface.

Tube Fryers

Features:

The floor models are designed for heavy-duty frying. The 500-series fryers feature 16-ga, 304 stainless steel fry vessel and stainless front, door, sides, flue riser and basket hanger. The front-sloping vessel traps food particles away from fry zone to extend oil life. The millivolt pilot system requires no electrical hook-up. These fryers use 2, 3 or 4 38,000-BTU burners with instant recovery for high output.

Saturn’s low-profile counter-top fryers are only 20.75” high but have the same high performance as the Saturn floor models. Features stainless steel fry vessel, front, sides, and basket hanger, thermostatic control, and millivolt control system (eliminates electrical hook-up requirements). Front-sloping vessel traps food particles away from fry zone to extend oil life. All units are available for either natural or LP gas.

Convection Ovens

Features:

Saturn 500-series convection ovens are constructed with stainless steel front, sides, top, door gasket, adjustable legs, and solid doors. The 50/50 doors allow operators to open both doors with one hand. An optional dual pane thermal glass door is also available. Each oven has a 90,000 BTU burner and ½ H.P., 2-speed motor to provide high volume production and quick temperature recovery. The extra deep porcelainized oven easily accommodates full-size pans and has twelve rack positions and 5 oven racks. Solid state temperature controls and 60-minute time with audible buzzer are standard.

The 100-series convection ovens have the same internal performance with some economy-minded changes to the construction for cost-minded consumers. The sides are aluminized and the legs are painted steel.
